We measure your current physical condition, including your weight, muscle mass, fat mass, body fat percentage, and basal metabolism.

At BEYOND Kamata, we will carefully design your individual goals and solve your problems based on the results of your body composition measurement. We will give you advice to achieve them. 🔥

2. Training

2.1 Check your posture

Now that we have set our goals, we can move on to the actual training, but before that, we will check our posture.

Training with poor posture will make you try to maintain an unnatural posture,

which will tire your body even more.

but once you join, the training will be 50 minutes per session ✨
